Interesting documentary, soon to be released. The People vs George Lucas. Could be worth a look, if only for the Gary Kurtz interview it appears to contain.

I don’t want to be a party pooper, but the more folks awe at trailers filled with supposedly cool stuff they cram into The Clone Wars, the less… I… seem… to… care. More retcon Mandalores? Darth Maul’s bigger, badder, brother? Republic Commandos? …it’s basically more crap we already know the outcome of. Neeext!

Forgot to write up anything for the 30th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back yesterday, but here’s a vid that’s been knocking around for a few days. A trailer for Empire, if it were a serial from the 1930′s. It’s brilliantly done, and very authentic looking.
